All Residence and Lodge guests check in at The Christiania Lodge, 356 Hanson Ranch Road, Vail.

Taxes and Fees
Taxes & Resort Fee — In addition to the room rates, reservations are subject to the Town of Vail sales tax, currently 10.8%, as well as an additional 6.5% taxable resort fee. Tax rates are subject to change. The resort fee covers varying services and amenities provided at each property.

Christiania At Vail Cancellation and Deposit Policies
Off-Peak April 1st – Dec 20th
- 10% of reservation total at time of booking (non-refundable)
- 100% 14 days prior to arrival
- Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable
Holiday Dec 21st – Jan 2nd
- 10% of reservation total at time of booking (non-refundable)
- 100% 60 days prior to arrival
- Reservations cancelled within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable
Winter Jan 3rd – March 31st
- 10% of reservation total at time of booking (non-refundable)
- 100% 30 days prior to arrival
- Reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable
Housekeeping
Our housekeepers provide trash and towel service daily. Stays of 5+ nights receive a full clean on the fourth day, including a linen change.
